Todd Larson

Todd Larson has nearly 30 years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private-sector clients and holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers. He also serves as a Member-at-Large on the American Society of Appraisers Business Valuation Discipline Committee (an elected position that helps manage the membership, education, and accreditation requirements within the business valuation group).

Todd advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on valuation matters regarding intangible assets, equity and debt securities for the purposes of financial and tax reporting, shareholder and succession planning, and litigation. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, technology, and food distribution industries, among others.

Prior to Stout, Todd was a Director at Vantage Point Advisors, Inc. Other professional experience includes managing the Valuation Advisory Services Group of SingerLewak and as a Vice-President at Cogent Valuation (formerly Houlihan Valuation Advisors). Todd is also a lecturer at California State University Northridge, teaching finance and computer courses.
