Steven Simone

Steven Simone is a Vice President within the Investment Banking Group at Stout. His investment banking experience includes numerous M&A and corporate finance transactions, including buy-and sell-side assignments, and leveraged buyouts. His experience also includes capital raising and strategic advisory assignments for sponsor-backed and entrepreneur-owned middle-market companies, as well as for multinational and publicly traded corporations. He works closely on all aspects of a transaction, including valuation, preparation of offering materials, marketing to potential interested parties, due diligence, and structuring.

Before joining Stout’s Investment Banking Group, Steven worked in both Stout’s Valuation Advisory and Dispute Consulting Groups, and he has experience providing a breadth of strategic advisory services to companies across North America.

Prior to joining Stout, Steven was a Research Analyst at FMV Opinions, where he focused on providing valuation advisory services for privately held businesses. Steven began his career as an Analyst within the Private Wealth Management group at UBS
