Sidharth Kandoi has more than eight years of experience in the financial industry and business advisory services. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of specialized services, including financial and operational restructurings both in Chapter 11 and out-of-court situations, business carve-out and sale transactions, working capital optimization, and cash flow management.
Sidharth has advised middle-market private equity firms for the optimization of the financial performance of their portfolio companies to maximize their return on investment, and he has assisted clients in developing and implementing business restructuring and reorganization strategies. He has experience in both creditor and debtor insolvency proceedings and liquidations, and he has worked with various stakeholders, including management, equity holders, legal firms, and other interested parties involved in these deals.
Sidharth has extensive experience in developing complex financial models for valuation, restructuring, and insolvencies, including liquidation analyses, forecasting short-term cash flows, conducting business diagnostics, implementing cash conservation/cost optimization measures, and creating and assessing business plans.
Prior to joining Stout, Sidharth worked at other financial services firms specializing in interim management, bankruptcy/restructuring, and M&A services, including EY.
