Samuel Friedman

Samuel Friedman has deep experience advising and assisting clients with the evaluation, quantification, presentation, and resolution of complex insurance claims. He has quantified property damage and business interruption claims for clients in a variety of industries, including hospitality, real estate, energy, healthcare, construction, and logistics. He has helped clients recover more than $500 million in property damage, business interruption, cyber, builder’s risk, extra expense, and general liability losses.

Sam regularly consults on commercial disputes, in which he conducts lost profits analysis and helps prepare expert reports. He also has experience performing fraud investigations, in which he provides forensic accounting support.

Prior to joining Stout, Sam was a Manager at The Claro Group.
