Rebecca Langford has over seven years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. She has extensive expertise within the healthcare services industry, with specific focus on compensation valuation.

Rebecca advises both for-profit and non-profit healthcare entities on fair market value and commercial reasonableness of healthcare provider compensation arrangements, with specific focus on physician employment and professional services arrangements, medical directorships, compensated call coverage, and physician recruitment arrangements utilizing various forms of market and cost approaches. She works closely with in-house and outside counsel, hospital compliance leadership, and physician practice managers in the context of compensation valuation analysis.

Prior to joining Stout, Rebecca served as a manager at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc., specializing in compensation valuation within the healthcare services industry. In her time at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc., she valued thousands of compensation arrangements for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the U.S.
