Randi Rosen has extensive experience preparing valuation and consulting studies on real estate and hospitality assets throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America, South America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. Property types include master-planned developments, resorts, hotels, golf courses, marinas, office buildings, industrial facilities, special-use properties, ranches, apartments, shopping centers, and sizable tracts of undeveloped land.
Clients served by Randi include lending institutions, hospitality companies, insurance companies, pension fund advisors, REITs, government agencies, developers, corporations, and attorneys.
Randi’s experience includes real estate valuation, market demand and financial feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, purchase price allocations, and the compilation of estimates of damages and lost profit analyses pertaining to commercial, residential, and hotel development for numerous litigation support engagements.
Randi has qualified and testified as an expert witness in the Superior Courts of Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco Counties of California; the District Courts in Nevada; the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Los Angeles; and the Federal Tax Courts in Australia.
Prior to joining Stout, Randi was a Principal in the Economic and Valuation Services practice of KPMG LLP.
