Patrick Twyman

Patrick Twyman specializes in financial due diligence, supporting private equity firms and corporate clients within public and private sectors. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, retail, software-as-a-service, and healthcare.

Patrick advises clients on quality of historical earnings, working capital requirements, and purchase price mechanisms for buy-side and sell-side business transactions. He works closely with management teams and third-party advisors to analyze historical financial information, identify risks, and solve key deal issues.

Prior to joining Stout, Patrick was employed as a Senior Manager at PwC LLP. He spent the first part of his career managing domestic and international audit teams and the second part within the financial due diligence practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements.
