Patrick Twyman

Patrick Twyman has over 10 years of public accounting experience within the public and private sectors serving domestic and international clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, retail, software-as-a-service, and healthcare.

Patrick advises clients on quality of historical earnings, working capital requirements, and purchase price mechanisms for buy-side and sell-side business transactions. He works closely with management teams and third-party advisors to analyze historical financial information and identify key deal issues.

Prior to joining Stout, Patrick was employed at PwC LLP. He spent six years within the private company services audit practice and four years within the financial due diligence practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio with a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements.
