Nicholas Vaillette

Nicholas Vaillette has more than six years of property valuation and consulting experience. His professional experience encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate engagements for local and national clients for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift taxation, litigation support, financial reporting, portfolio valuation, and lending.

Nicholas has appraised numerous property types, including suburban and CBD office buildings, industrial facilities, retail shopping centers, apartment communities, ground leases, vacant and agricultural land, and other special-use properties such as auto dealerships and churches.

Prior to joining Stout, he was an Associate Appraiser at Moore Real Estate Group.
