Nhi Ho

Nhi Ho has experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. She has expertise across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, infrastructure, manufacturing, distribution, restaurants, professional services, technology, and financial services. 

Nhi advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, business enterprise valuation, and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., trademark/trade names, developed technology, etc.) utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. 

Nhi has also performed various valuation analyses involving different types of healthcare provider and life science entities, including physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, and specialty pharmacies. In addition, she has provided analyses related to various types of contracts and arrangements, including management services and other types of professional services arrangements involving healthcare providers.

Prior to joining Stout, Nhi served as a Senior Associate in the valuation practices of two global consulting firms. Earlier in her career, she worked at a Big Four accounting firm as a Regulatory Compliance Associate Analyst, supporting large financial institutions with transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance initiatives.
