Michael DiNunzio has extensive experience providing a range of accounting and finance advice to clients, including financial dispute and investigative consulting services. He has experience on a variety of matters, such as transaction/post-M&A disputes, insurance, commercial litigation, breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, forensic investigations, and many others.
Michael works closely with trial attorneys, in-house counsel, court-appointed trustees and examiners, corporate boards, management teams, and high-net-worth individuals. He also advises senior management at both publicly traded and privately held companies. His experience encompasses a wide array of industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, banking, retail, healthcare, construction, insurance, governmental, entertainment, and professional and financial services.
Prior to joining Stout, he was a Vice President at PNC Financial Services advising the bank on matters related to accounting policy and GAAP interpretations. He was also a manager in Deloitte’s Audit and Accounting & Reporting Advisory practices, where he advised clients on a broad range of complex accounting topics such as acquisitions, adoption of new standards, SEC reporting, derivatives and hedging, and much more. Michael also led external audits for various clients, multi-national SEC listed issuers to small private businesses.
