Michael's professional experience includes assignments completed in numerous states as well as various international locations throughout North America, South America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific Region. He has worked on engagements for local, national, and international clients for a variety of purposes, including purchase price allocation, asset impairment testing, financing, estate and gift taxation, ad valorem taxation, consulting, and litigation. Michael has also completed favorable/unfavorable lease analyses for financial reporting purposes.
Michael has appraised numerous property types, including office, industrial, multi-family residential, free-standing retail buildings, community and neighborhood shopping centers, mixed-use developments, vacant land, and many special purpose properties, such as golf courses, indoor recreation facilities, chemical plants, and tactical training facilities.
