Matthew Kantor

Matthew Kantor has been a trusted advisor in the areas of operational accounting excellence, complex financial transactions, and technical accounting for over a decade. Matthew currently specializes in solving technical and operational accounting problems for his diverse client base associated with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and the adoption of new accounting standards. He also partners with executives to efficiently complete financial transformation projects, generate best-in-class process improvements, and construct industry-leading finance and accounting departments.

Prior to joining Stout, Matthew was a Director with KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services practice, where he led numerous M&A, IPO, and new accounting standard engagements. Matthew was also the Controller of a private company and an auditor with Deloitte.
