Mansi Mange

Mansi Mange has extensive experience providing valuation services to both publicly traded and privately held companies, with expertise across a broad range of industries, including consumer, healthcare, automotive, chemicals, airlines, e-commerce, infrastructure, and digital services.

Mansi advises clients on purchase price allocations, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment, business enterprise valuations, and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., developed technology, trademark/trade names, etc.), utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. Her experience primarily relates to engagements performed for financial or tax reporting purposes. She works closely with corporate boards, management teams, audit teams, and private equity and venture capital sponsors in the context of business valuation, financial/tax reporting, portfolio valuation, and strategic investment decisions.

Prior to joining Stout, Mansi worked in the valuation advisory practices at Deloitte, BDO, and Bansi S. Mehta & Co. and in middle-market investment banking at Allegiance Capital Corporation, building valuation and M&A experience across domestic and cross-border engagements in the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Middle East, and Africa.
