Madeleine Hill

Madeleine Hill has over four years of real property valuation and consulting experience, with a concentration on valuations for estate tax purposes and financial reporting.

Madeleine’s professional experience consists of numerous types of valuation and advisory services for a multitude of property types,  including, but not limited to, retail, industrial, multi-family, office, recreational ranches, timber land, and other special-use property types. She has performed work across the United States as well as in Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Madeleine is primarily focused on real estate appraisal and consulting for estate and gift taxation and publicly traded REITs. Madeleine’s appraisals have been used for portfolio valuation, internal planning, and decision-making purposes. In addition, she is proficient in real property valuations for financial reporting in connection with ASC 805 (business combinations) and ASC 820 (fair value measurements). Furthermore, Madeleine has experience involving leasehold valuations, right-of-way valuations, and fairness opinions involving real estate company/portfolio transactions.

Madeleine is a licensed trainee appraiser in the state of Texas.
