Lynsey Honegger has over 17 years of experience providing forensic and expert witness services to clients involved in complex commercial disputes, and she has testified over 25 times at depositions, trials, and arbitrations.

Lynsey specializes in litigation involving complex valuation issues, including shareholder disputes, transaction disputes, and defamation and breach claims that have resulted in diminution of business value. Her work also includes assessing economic damages for intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and various Lanham Act claims such as false advertising.

In addition to authoring reports reflecting her economic damage opinions, Lynsey assists trial lawyers in developing discovery by analyzing financial issues, developing strategy, preparing interrogatories and document requests, participating in the depositions of witnesses, and creating demonstrative exhibits for trial.

Lynsey’s experience spans many sectors, including financial services, consumer electronics, insurance, healthcare, biotechnology, medical devices, aerospace, energy, automotive, railroad, telecom, manufacturing and distribution, software, real estate, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Stout, Lynsey was a Principal at Davis & Hosfield Consulting, where she provided expert testimony and consulting services to attorneys and corporate clients for a variety of dispute resolution and economic damage analyses. She also served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
