Kyle Mims

Kyle Mims has experience providing domestic and cross-border tax due diligence and tax structuring services to publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors. He serves clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, retail, construction, professional services, media and telecommunications, consumer products, and financial services.

Kyle advises clients on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. He works closely with legal counsel, financial advisors, and management teams to develop tax-efficient transaction structures, identify tax risks, and support successful transaction execution and post-closing integration.

Prior to joining Stout, Kyle practiced M&A Tax at Ernst & Young and worked in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice.
