Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson has over ten years of experience providing valuation services to a broad range of client bases, including institutional investors, owners, operators, and trusts. Kevin’s main experience consists of valuations of properties for financial reporting, with locations spanning the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia. He brings a range of experience of valuations in medical, office, retail, industrial, rights-of-way, vacant land, self-storage, marinas, and other special use property types.

Kevin has consulted on many engagements requiring valuations for financial reporting in connection with ASC 805 related to purchase price allocations, fair value measurements, goodwill impairment testing, and lease accounting. He has experience with sale lease-back transactions, corporate real estate portfolio valuations, valuation policy, and procedure consulting and leasehold valuations.

Prior to joining Stout, Kevin was a Director with Kroll.
