Katarina Quach provides valuation services to both public- and private-sector clients for engagements that include fair value measurement, financial statement reporting, corporate planning, and gift and estate taxation.
Katarina advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocation, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment, business enterprise valuation, stock-option valuation, and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., customer relationships, developed technology, trademark/trade names, etc.), utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches.
Before joining Stout, Katarina served as a Senior Associate for Vantage Point Advisors, Inc. Prior to that role, she was a Corporate Value Consulting Associate for Grant Thornton LLP in the firm’s San Francisco, CA, office.
