Karen Diane Johnson

Karen Diane Johnson has over 20 years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private sector clients. She has extensive expertise in complex financial products, including real estate debt analytical services, technology, and financial instruments. Her specialties include commercial real estate debt valuation and scoring, residential whole loan portfolio valuation, and stress testing and CECL analysis. Karen has worked with clients including institutional investors, banks and other financial institutions, federal agencies, insurance companies, debt funds, opportunity funds, and government agencies.

Prior to joining Stout, Karen was President and Chief Revenue Officer of DebtX Analytics, a full-service financial advisory firm for the valuation and stress testing of various types of loans for hundreds of financial institutions and government agencies. Before DebtX Analytics, Karen was with The Debt Exchange, where she was an Executive Vice President. She helped establish and build out the Analytics division, focusing on new business development and client fulfillment.
