Jun Li has over 20 years of experience advising valuation matters to both public and private-sector clients. She has extensive valuation expertise, knowledge, and experience across a broad range of financial services industries, including banking, capital markets, insurance, asset management, specialty finance, and fintech.
Jun advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, business valuation, stock-option valuation, and audit reviews of third-party analyses. She also advises on the valuation of various financial assets, liabilities, and intangible assets (i.e., banks’ loan portfolios, debt and equity investments, core deposit intangible assets, financial services-specific customer relationships, etc.) utilizing various forms of the income, market, and cost approaches. She works closely with corporate boards, management teams, and high-net-worth individuals in the context of business valuation, equity valuation, investments, portfolio management, venture capital, and competitive analysis.
Prior to joining Stout, Jun served clients as a Senior Manager in the valuation practices of Big Four accounting firms for over 20 years with specialization in valuation matters for financial services industries.
