Jordyn A. Smith has professional experience encompassing a wide range of real property valuation and advisory services across various property types, including retail, industrial, multi-family, office, vacant land, and other special-use property types.
Jordyn has consulted on a wide range of real estate engagements for a variety of purposes, including purchase price allocation, estate and gift taxation, and property tax appeal. Of these assignments, many have been multiple-property portfolios. Additionally, she has experience with financial reporting in connection with ASC 805, Business Combination, and ASC 820, Fair Value Measurements. Furthermore, Jordyn has experience involving leasehold valuations and fairness opinions involving real estate company / portfolio transactions.
Prior to joining Stout, Jordyn was a Tax Consultant at Popp Hutcheson.
