John Collins has over five years of experience providing accounting advisory services to both public- and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including startups, manufacturing, consumer products, technology solutions, and financial services.
John has provided financial integration services and operational finance support to public, private, and private equity portfolio companies. Focus areas include offering financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accelerating the management reporting cycle, and facilitating companies’ external financial reporting. During his career, he has provided guidance on various technical accounting matters including, but not limited to, business combinations, lease accounting, and debt transactions.
Prior to joining Stout, John provided full-time and interim CFO/Controllership services at Sutker Moran. Experiences included sell-side financial duties related to private equity investment, turnaround/restructuring, FP&A, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.
