John R. Cadarette, Jr., is Co-President of the Disputes, Claims, & Investigations group. His passion and expertise is helping clients resolve major disputes via strategic business negotiations rather than through litigation. Prior to joining Stout, Mr. Cadarette was the Chairman of and co-founded The Claro Group, LLC, one of the top privately owned financial, economic, and management consulting firms in the nation. Before that, he was a Managing Director with the consulting firm of LECG; a Worldwide Partner with Arthur Andersen; and a Partner in one of California's oldest and largest law firms, Pillsbury Madison & Sutro (now known as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman), where he led the firm's Tort and Insurance Litigation practice group and served as the Managing Partner of its Los Angeles office.
