Greg Rineberg

Greg Rineberg has over 15 years of experience providing tax consultative support to both public and private sector clients. In addition to advising clients on their state-tax filing obligations, including both income and sales tax, Greg’s experience includes resolving various state and local tax audit controversy matters, managing tax compliance at both the federal and state and local levels, and tax due diligence matters. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the preparation and review of income tax provisions, both ASC 740 and IAS 12.

Prior to joining Stout, Greg was a Senior Manager at Genova Group, where he was highly involved in areas of accounting for income taxes and M&A tax-advisory services. Prior to Genova, he was a Senior Manager within Grant Thornton LLP’s state and local tax practice.
