Greg Rineberg has over 12 years of experience providing consultative support to both public and private sector clients. In addition to advising clients on their state-tax filing obligations, including both income and sales tax, Greg’s experience includes resolving various state and local tax audit controversy matters. Greg also has experience with the preparation and review of income tax provisions, both ASC 740 and IAS 12.
Prior to joining Stout, Greg was a Senior Manager at Genova Group, where he was highly involved in areas of accounting for income taxes and M&A tax-advisory services. Previous to Genova, Greg was a Senior Manager within Grant Thornton LLP’s state and local tax practice.
