Gonzalo Nespolo has over 15 years of professional experience advising financial and strategic deal makers with their M&A and strategic objectives across a broad range of industries, including industrial products, consumer products, healthcare, and technology. He advises clients on both buy- and sell-side transactions and has executed financial and cross-functional due diligence on domestic and international M&A transactions ranging in size from $50 million to $5 billion.
Gonzalo led and executed several non-deal financial engagements including going-concern analysis, 13-week cashflows, restructurings, audits, and accounting advisory projects. In these roles, he led several large, complex projects that involved more than 50 people and spanned various cross-functional and cross-border teams.
Prior to joining Stout, Gonzalo was a Director in the Deals practice of PwC, where he served in a variety of leadership and subject matter expert roles, including acting as lead Director of the Deals automotive sector team responsible for generating and publishing relevant sector thought leadership. In his roles, he has also led various professional development events supporting staff, clients, and relevant M&A functional teams. Gonzalo is fluent in Spanish.
