Emanuel Mkrtchyan has extensive experience providing tax advisory services to private equity firms as well as public and private sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, industrial services, business and professional services, technology, and financial services.

Emanuel advises on tax issues pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence and transaction structuring, and modeling for domestic and cross-border transactions involving multinational corporations. Prior to joining Stout, Emanuel was a Tax Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s Transaction Tax Services group.
