Danielle Kaminski’s passion is helping clients navigate complex claims and resolving disputes through strategic business negotiations. For over 25 years, Danielle has earned a reputation for delivering industry expertise, insightful advice, and strategic guidance as a trusted voice to clients and company stakeholders. Her experience as a practicing attorney and insurance services executive provides invaluable perspective and expertise to policyholders and companies faced with complex claims and disputes.

Prior to joining Stout, Danielle served as Group COO, General Counsel, and Board Advisor for Lowers Risk Group, a global risk consulting and insurance services company, and President of its cyber-risk insurtech start-up. She oversaw loss adjusting, forensic accounting, and third-party administration (TPA) businesses and provided guidance and resolution strategy for complex, high-exposure claims. Danielle also previously served on the executive committee and board of the U.S. division of Charles Taylor, a global insurance services business. Her reputation and experience across a wide range of insurance claims was instrumental in growing the company’s U.S. business.

Before that, for nearly 20 years, Danielle practiced as an attorney, most recently as a partner with Zelle, LLP. She represented many of the major international and domestic insurance carriers in coverage and subrogation matters, leading investigations and litigating high-stakes complex claims across a variety of insurance lines, including property and casualty, energy, marine (ocean, inland, and cargo), aviation, and other specialty lines. She handled claims caused by fires, explosions, structural collapses, product failures, gas and water leaks, boiler, machinery, and equipment failures, collisions, allisions, weather-related losses, product recalls, and event cancellations, among others, as well as transactional/contractual and employment disputes. She negotiated hundreds of settlements, including complex and high-profile disputes.

Danielle’s deep understanding of the insurance industry, handling coverage and subrogation matters for insurers across a variety of industries, benefits policyholders, companies with SIRs/high deductibles, self-insured companies, and other stakeholders, as she dedicates her practice to providing these clients with complex claims consulting and advisory services.
