Craig Josset has nearly 30 years of experience providing a broad range of business valuation and financial advisory services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including retail and consumer, industrial products, manufacturing, distribution, technology, business and professional services, healthcare, and professional sports teams.

Craig advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on financial reporting matters such as purchase price allocations, goodwill impairments, business enterprise valuations, stock-option valuations, and the valuation of various intangible assets.

He also specializes in performing valuations for tax planning purposes, with a focus on initiatives such as global restructuring of legal entities, NOL limitations under § 382, worthless stock deductions, FIRPTA withholdings, purchase price allocations for tax purposes (§ 1060), legal entity modeling, and more.

Prior to joining Stout, Craig spent 21 years at KPMG, where he led the Dallas valuation services practice and co-led the consumer and retail industry sector for KPMG’s U.S. valuation practice.
