Connor Mitchell

Connor Mitchell is in the Business Services Investment Banking group. Over the course of career, he has advised clients across the most active business services subsectors, including consulting and risk services, human capital management, and facilities services. Specializing in M&A and capital raising transactions for founder-owned, corporate, and private equity-backed clients, he has successfully executed more than 40 transactions totally $4+ billion in transaction value.

Connor’s industry experience is focused on office of the CFO services, management consulting, specialty consulting, risk services, private equity-as-a-market services, professional staffing, healthcare staffing, and human capital management.

Prior to joining Stout, Connor was a Managing Director in the Business Services groups at Cascadia Capital and Solomon Partners, where he focused on human capital and professional services. He spent the majority of his career at FocalPoint Partners (acquired in 2022), where he co-founded the Chicago office.
