Christin Lawson Phillips has extensive experience in full-service appraisal and real estate consulting. Her work focuses on the valuation of major urban land developments, including large-scale retail centers and malls, office buildings, and multi-family properties. She has conducted appraisals for a variety of purposes, such as trust and estate matters, tax appeals, litigation, and financing.
Christin has handled many notable assignments, including a multi-year tax appeal for a high-density residential development while undergoing a complex, multi-year renovation, and the valuation of several office properties worth over $1 billion, located in New York and Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Stout, Christin was a Senior Vice President of Appraisers and Planners, Inc. She began her career in commercial real estate appraisal in 2005, following a decade licensing magazines for Time, Inc. and Ziff Davis Media in the Asia Pacific and European markets.
