Chris Lam has more than ten years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory services with an emphasis in credit-tenant net lease valuations, purchase price allocations, lease accounting analyses, and portfolio valuations.
Chris' professional experience consists of the valuation of various property types including office, industrial, retail, and multi-family residential. Additionally, he is proficient in the valuation of ground leases, mixed-use projects, and hotels/resorts.
Chris has provided real estate appraisal and valuation services for a wide range of institutional investors and mortgage lending institutions. Furthermore, he has significant experience in real property valuations for financial reporting purposes including Business Combinations and Asset Acquisitions (ASC 805), Fair Value Measurements (ASC 820), and Lease Accounting (ASC 840).
Prior to joining Stout, Chris was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps, LLC in their real estate advisory group.
