Chris Klobucar has over 5 years of experience providing litigation consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, law firms, universities, and various lending institutions in the U.S.

Chris has assisted in the quantification of damages related to patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trade dress infringement and breach of contract. Outside of the context of litigation, Chris has also valued intellectual property and other intangible assets for a variety of purposes including litigation avoidance, licensing, and the use of IP assets as collateral.  

For numerous client engagements, Chris has assisted in the discovery process, theorized potential damages quantifications, assisted in licensing negotiations, drafted reports, built complex economic models and trial demonstratives.

Chris' experience spans a broad array of industries including consumer electronics, automotive, agricultural equipment, computer software, manufacturing, marine, medical devices and diagnostics, consumer products, professional services firms, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Stout, Chris was an Analyst at Marsh.
