Charles Carr has been involved with providing commercial and industrial real estate valuation and advisory services for over ten years and has a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in Michigan, Ohio, and North Carolina.

Charles’ experience includes engagements for local, national, and international clients for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, estate and gift taxation, ad valorem taxation, feasibility analysis, eminent domain, easement, bankruptcy, and property insurance placement purposes, among other common appraisal uses.

Charles has appraised numerous property types, including agricultural properties, industrial facilities, multi-family complexes, student housing, general and medical office buildings, freestanding retail buildings, shopping centers, development land, and many other commercial properties.
