Cameron Soelberg is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group and is focused on deepening Stout’s relationships with leading middle-market private equity firms throughout the Midwest, Central South, and Texas.

Cameron has more than 15 years of strategic advisory experience and has executed numerous transactions on behalf of public and privately owned businesses. His transaction history includes leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings, carve-outs, recapitalizations, spin-offs, and buy-side/sell-side engagements for a variety of corporate and sponsor-backed clients across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Stout, Cameron was a Managing Director in the Diversified Industries Group at Stifel, where he covered the capital goods sector. Previously, he was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank and a Director in the Global Industrials Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he focused on clients in the diversified industrial, industrial technology, and building products sectors. Cameron began his professional career as a research scientist and engineer in the defense industry.
