Brice Richter has more than five years of real property valuation and consulting experience, with a concentration on valuations for financial reporting and financing purposes.
Brice’s professional experience includes the analysis and valuation of industrial properties, office buildings, retail properties, and multifamily properties. He has performed work across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Brice is primarily focused on real estate appraisal and consulting for lending institutions and publicly traded REITs. His appraisals have been used for collateral lending, portfolio valuation, internal planning, and decision-making purposes. In addition, Brice is proficient in real property valuations for financial reporting in connection with ASC 805 (business combinations), ASC 820 (fair value measurements), ASC 350 (goodwill and other intangible assets), ASC 840 (lease accounting), and fresh start accounting. Furthermore, Brice has experience involving leasehold valuations, net asset valuations (NAV) for REITs, and fairness opinions involving real estate company/portfolio transactions.
Prior to Joining Stout, Brice was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps, LLC.
