Brad Mitchell

Brad Mitchell has over five years of property valuation and consulting experience, with a concentration on valuations for estate and gift taxation, financial reporting, and portfolio valuations.

Brad has appraised numerous property types, including apartment complexes, manufactured housing communities, hotels, industrial facilities, suburban and CBD office buildings, gas stations, retail shopping centers, regional malls, vacant and agricultural land, ground leases, and other special-use properties such as wineries, moorings, and schools. He has experience appraising complex, multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios.

Prior to joining Stout, Brad was a Senior Valuation Associate with Colliers International.
