Benjamin Martin has extensive experience providing accounting advisory services to both public and private sector clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, consumer, retail, and technology, media, and entertainment.
Benjamin has management and deal experience advising publicly traded and privately owned companies as they prepare for significant events, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, and audits. He works closely with management teams, investors, and auditors. Benjamin is also an inventory/cost accounting subject matter expert who helps his clients understand product level profitability.
Prior to joining Stout, Benjamin was a managing partner at CFGI, where he focused on transaction and audit readiness, interim management, and inventory accounting as the firm’s lead subject matter expert. He was also a corporate controller with M&A and IPO experience. He began his career as an external auditor in the Big Four.
