Angie Smith has over 20 years of experience providing valuation and consulting services to both public and private sector clients. She has extensive expertise in the healthcare provider industry and has also provided valuation opinions across a broad range of other industries, including professional services, technology, media and entertainment, and retail.

Angie advises clients seeking valuations for various purposes, including litigation/arbitration support, transaction advisory, management planning, regulatory compliance, and bankruptcy/restructuring. She specializes in valuing businesses, partnership interests, equity interests, intangible assets, and professional services.

Angie has significant experience in valuing various types of healthcare enterprises, including ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, acute care and surgical hospitals, dental service organizations, management service organizations, imaging centers, home health and hospice agencies, physical therapy centers, physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, urgent care centers, and mental health facilities. Additionally, Angie has experience determining the fair market value of services provided under various types of arrangements, including management services, physician executive services, clinical co-management services, and other types of professional services involving healthcare providers.
