Alex Boerema

Alex Boerema is an accomplished restructuring professional with over 15 years of experience working with distressed and underperforming companies. His professional experience includes financial management and operational advisory services to both public and private companies through their out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy contingency planning and reorganizations, interim management engagements, mergers & acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, and federal and state receivership processes.

Alex is also highly skilled in helping his clients manage unique crisis situations in a timely and professional manner. His focus includes corporate and stakeholder advisory, business plan development, cash flow forecasts and variance reporting, financial planning and analysis, due diligence advisory, general accounting services, and treasury management. Additionally, he has experience in interim management engagements as both CEO and CFO, and he has managed over twenty-five state commercial and residential receivership engagements.

His industry experience includes automotive, bottling distribution, custom fabrication, commercial and residential real estate, energy, food and beverage, consumer goods, golf course management, government contractors, hotel and hospitality, life sciences, manufacturing, theater, restaurants, and retail.
