Aaron Estrada

Aaron Estrada has over five years of real property valuation and consulting experience. His professional experience includes the analysis and valuation of a multitude of property types, including complex industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and special-purpose properties. His work has involved assignments across North America, South America, and Europe.

Aaron has advised on a wide range of real estate engagements, with a concentration on valuations for trust and estate, financing, and financial reporting purposes. He has significant experience performing valuations for financial reporting in connection with business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805) and fair value measurements (ASC 820). In addition, Aaron has performed leasehold valuations, net asset valuations (NAV) for real estate investment trusts (REITs), and fairness opinions involving real estate company / portfolio transactions.

Prior to joining Stout, Aaron was a Vice President with Kidder Mathews.
