Aaron Estrada

Aaron Estrada has over five years of real property valuation and consulting experience, with a concentration on valuations for financial reporting, financing, and estate and gift taxation.

Aaron’s professional experience includes the analysis and valuation of a multitude of property types, including complex industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and special-purpose properties. He also has extensive experience in the valuation of land, including agricultural and development land. He has performed work across North America, South America, and Europe.

Aaron is primarily focused on real property valuation and consulting services for client owners, operators, and investors of real estate. His valuations have been used for portfolio valuation, internal planning, and decision-making purposes. In addition, he is proficient in real property valuations for financial reporting in connection with ASC 805 (business combinations) and ASC 820 (fair value measurements). Furthermore, Aaron has experience involving leasehold valuations and fairness opinions involving real estate company/portfolio transactions.
