Stout Expands Financial, Transaction, and Accounting Advisory in Europe
Stout is pleased to announce the expansion of its service offerings in Switzerland with the launch of Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, and Accounting & Reporting Advisory capabilities to complement its current Investment Banking service offering. This strategic expansion further strengthens Stout’s footprint in Europe and enhances its ability to support clients across the full deal lifecycle.
Loïc Rubat joins as Director and will lead the Valuation and Transaction Advisory practice.
Loïc joins from PwC Switzerland, where he led the Valuation and Business Modeling team. Prior to that, he spent more than six years at KPMG France in Deal Advisory. With deep technical expertise in complex valuations, transaction modeling, and financial structuring, Loïc also contributes to the academic arena as a guest lecturer at HEC Lausanne and former professor of Valuation at University Lyon III.
