Stout Advises Vogue Tyre on Sale to Sailun Tire Group
Stout served as the exclusive financial advisor to Vogue Tyre & Rubber Company (“Vogue”) on its sale to Sailun Tire (USA) Corp. (“Sailun”), a subsidiary of Sailun Group Co., Ltd.
Headquartered in Mount Prospect, Illinois, Vogue is a leading provider of custom-built luxury tires, wheels, and aftermarket accessories for modern and classic vehicles. Since inventing the iconic “Whitewall” tire more than 110 years ago, Vogue has built a long-standing tradition as the tire-of-choice for automotive enthusiasts. Today, the Company serves a broad customer base through leading wholesale, retail, and online tire distribution platforms, tire centers, and new car dealers across the United States.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Qingdao, China, Sailun is a global tire manufacturer specializing in the research, development, production, and distribution of tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, buses, and specialty applications. Sailun’s products are distributed in more than 180 countries through an extensive dealer and distributor network, with sub-brands including Rovelo, RoadX, Blackhawk, Maxam and Ironhead.
