Senior Vice President
Max Halsted is a Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking group. He brings extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support with a focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, as well as assisting clients in raising capital. He works regularly with entrepreneurs, middle-market companies, and family-owned businesses focusing on the healthcare and business & industrial services sectors.
Prior to joining Stout, Max was a Vice President at EdgePoint Capital. Prior to that, Max served as an Associate with Boenning & Scattergood. Max began his career in investment banking as an Analyst with Brown Gibbons Lang and Company.
