Max Halsted

Max Halsted is a Director in the Investment Banking group. He brings extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support with a focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, as well as assisting clients in raising capital. He works regularly with entrepreneurs, middle-market companies, and family-owned businesses. Max focuses on the healthcare services sector, with experience advising healthcare providers, in behavioral health, multi-site, and retail healthcare as well as ancillary outsourced services.

Prior to joining Stout, Max was a Vice President at EdgePoint Capital. Prior to that, Max served as an Associate with Boenning & Scattergood. Max began his career in investment banking as an Analyst with Brown Gibbons Lang and Company.
