Stout Advises RSM Facility Solutions on Its Sale to Orion Group

Stout advised RSM Facility Solutions on its sale to Orion Group, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors. Stout served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor to RSM in connection with the transaction, which closed in May 2024.

Headquartered in Paramus, New Jersey, RSM provides mission-critical facility maintenance solutions to multi-site clients in the retail, restaurant, healthcare, and education end markets, among others. The company has become a trusted partner to a blue-chip client base by leveraging a hybrid self-perform / vendor-managed service model that enables RSM to provide an expansive array of services 24/7, nationwide.

RSM CEO Stephen Sargenti, who originally founded the company with his two brothers in 1998, expressed his excitement for the business to enter this new chapter with Orion.
