Stout announced that Heritage Aviation Ltd. (“Heritage”), a portfolio company of the Zohar Funds (“Zohar”), has been acquired by The Albers Group, a provider of aviation-related engineering services, manned aircraft operations, and AS9100D manufacturing services to the aerospace and defense industry. Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Heritage and Zohar in connection with this transaction.
Heritage, based in Dallas, TX, is a turnkey provider of precision machining, assembly, and avionic maintenance and repair services to the aerospace, aviation, and defense industries. Heritage operates with Nadcap and FAA 145 Repair Station certifications as a full-service avionics repair center enabled to inspect, repair, and overhaul aviation components.
