We prepared claim quantification for delays and disruptions incurred by the contractor of a petrochemical plant as well as the costs incurred for scope modifications and excessive low-efficient manpower. We were involved with the team that was onsite recreating the original contract program, establishing the as-built program, and monitoring progress against target schedules. We utilized this information in concert with the project records to identify project impacts leading to delays and disruptions. We utilized this program information and the extracted cost and manpower information involved with the computation of the claim and prepared the narratives for submission to the project owner for negotiation.
