We were engaged to review the client’s system-wide primary care compensation plan including over 300 physicians. Specifically, we were engaged to review the compensation outcomes in order to determine if the compensation plan yielded outcomes that were both commercially reasonable and consistent with fair market value.

We provided detailed analysis of the compensation outcomes across a broad array of productivity and provided the client with an FMV report detailing our findings.
