Emily advises healthcare practices regarding healthcare provider compensation arrangements, including but not limited to employment, professional services, on-call coverage, medical directorship services, and hospital-based provider services. She works closely with attorneys, in-house counsel, and hospital executives in the context of compensation valuation relating to Stark, Anti-Kickback, and/or other federal or state regulatory implications.
Prior to joining Stout, Emily worked at HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. for five years, most recently as a manager in the compensation valuation services line.
