Stout was asked to provide opinions regarding reasonable royalty damages due to a patent owner, if the court found liability against the Defendant for infringing on a patent and for misappropriating the plaintiff’s trade dress rights related to baby strollers. Our opinions were based on a review of the relevant evidence and third-party research as well as on various documents and pleadings produced by the parties. We determined that a reasonable royalty was an appropriate measure of monetary relief to compensate the patent owner for the defendant’s infringement.
