Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to PolyTech Plastic Molding, Inc., a leading plastics injection molder and extruder, in connection with this sale to Arcane Capital Partners. Arcane is the parent company of Johnson Manufacturing Company and Bentonville Plastics, Inc.

The strategic combination and addition of PolyTech’s 65,000-square-foot facility allow the combined platform to offer more services for existing customers and to increase its production and distribution capabilities of injection-molded and extruded products. PolyTech and Johnson Manufacturing will continue to provide quality service to their customer bases under their respective brands for the foreseeable future and will remain located at their current facilities. Bentonville Plastics, Inc. will be integrated into the operations of Johnson Manufacturing in Harrison, Arkansas.
